"Truth Music" Music Making the Difference. Healing Moods and making a difference to peoples lives through Music. "Truth Music" was founded in 2011 by Verity Thirkettle, aiming to reach many people and changing lives through our music. The music we perform varies from: Classical, Romantic, Boroque, Folk, Jazz, Modern, Improvised, and popular, to suit all tastes. Our combinations are: Solo Harp, Solo Harp, Violin and Harp, Violin Duo, Violin and Piano. "Truth Music's" Work: Concert Halls Theatre Companies Dance Companies Composers and Song writers Therapy Sessions Youths in Schools Special Events, Weddings, Parties "Truth Music" Benefits: • New Composers~writing new music for the performers (and children) to play • Young Musicians~establishing their careers and building contacts • Elderly and sick in hospitals and nursing homes~experience the benefits of live music • Young children~to encourage them into being interested in music, and developing their knowledge of music. "Truth Music" • involves young musicians at the start of their careers • Encourages young children in more deprived areas to have the opportunity to be introduced to a variety of different styles of music, have the opportunity to have musical workshops and to work/play with members of the profession. • Prioritise the elderly and sick who cannot attend concerts/musical events

27th January Catford Broadway Theatre

27th January 2013, 3pm "Truth Music" The Versatile Duo, and String Ensemble lead and directed by Verity and Giles will perform during the show "Holocaust Memorial" In The Catford Broadway Theatre.

Theatre and Dance Companies

"Truth Music" is in collaberation with Theatre and Dance Companies. For the last three years, Verity has been working with The Yaller Skunk Theatre Company, providing music during the shows, and more recently has performed with The Versatile Duo, Verity and Giles, and also involving "Truth Music" String Ensemble who have performed, lead and directed by Verity and Giles. Verity is currently in collaberation with Charlie Dixon Dance Company. She has recently written a work based on "The Vietnam War" to perform with the company on tour with their dance. She is also writing a work especially written for her to perform with The Yaller Skunk Theatre Company.

27th Jan 2013 Catford Broadway Theatre

27th January 2013-Catford Broadway Theatre "Truth Music" Verity and Giles will lead and direct "Truth Music" String Ensemble in performance on stage at Catford Broadway Theatre. Holocaust Memorial Day. Collaberation with Mark Curtis and The Yaller Skunk Theatre Company. Versatile Duo-Verity and Giles, will also be performing in later in the afternoon. Further details, tbc

St Brides Church, Fleet Street 30th October 2012 1:15-1:45 Admissions Free The Versatile Duo perform a range of works. Violin Duo's and also works for Violin and Piano. Programme to include: Bach Double 2nd Mov't, Massanet Meditation, Brahms Hungarian Dances and De Beriot Violin Duet.

18th September 3:15 Southwark Cathedral The Versatile Duo will perform an exciting programme full of variety, including works by De Beriot, Mozart, Mazas, as well as some lighter popular music. Admissions Free.

The Royal British Legion

Verity sets up concert series in many new and exciting venues. Most recently, she is in collaberation with The Royal British Legion, and is setting up and performing concerts for the injured Soldiers, to help heal the suffering and effects of the war.
